Dear Homeowners,

Our recount for the 2023 Board of Directors (March 29th, 2023, Annual Meeting) has been tabulated. The original count of ballots on the night of the election and the recount of the ballots by Attorney Sarah Gerdes of Sears Bennett & Gerdes, LLP, can be found below. This count was confirmed on March 31st, 2023 by the attorney's office conducting the election. 

This count allowed the election of the following members to the 2023 Board of Directors. The term of these board seats will be held for two (2) years per our current bylaws.

Nuestro recuento para la Junta Directiva de 2023 (29 de marzo de 2023, Reunión Anual) ha sido tabulado. El conteo original de boletas en la noche de la elección y el recuento de boletas por la Abogada Sarah Gerdes de Sears Bennett & Gerdes, LLP, se pueden encontrar a continuación. Este conteo fue confirmado el 31 de marzo de 2023 por la oficina del fiscal que realizó la elección.

Este conteo permitió la elección de los siguientes miembros para la Junta Directiva de 2023. El mandato de estos puestos en la junta se mantendrá durante dos (2) años según nuestros estatutos actuales.
