The H.O.A. leadership is comprised of five Board of Directors. Each member of the board serves a two-year term. Elections are held at the beginning of each year. In even number years, two members of the board are elected to office and three in odd number years. The officers are selected by the Board of Directors and is usually based on their professional experience combined with enthusiasm to serve the community to determine the position which they will fill on the Board of Directors.

The meetings are intended for Sterling Green CIA Homeowners, but the public is welcome. Renters may attend the meetings, but will not be solicited for input into the operations of the association.
